The training rhythm sets the number of repetitions, the last weight is saved and members train on the circuit they already know.

All tablets follow the same rhythm. The start comes with a 3-2-1 countdown; anyone joining late gets a shortened set. The switch to the next station happens at the same time for everyone.

On the machine: between two rounds the tablet shows the machine name Leg Press and the shared round clock as a red ring counting down the 30-second switch, and blinks an invitation to log in with RFID. After the scan the exercise view appears with the greeting, a duration of 60 seconds, about 12 repetitions and 85 kilograms from the last workout, plus the machine settings and the exercise style muscle growth; you join the next round and wait on the machine until the 3-2-1 countdown opens it. During the round the tablet counts repetitions up from 0 to 12, shows the time left in the round and guides the movement as a scrolling corridor with coins. At the end the result shows 12 repetitions, 85 kilograms, 60 seconds and the instruction to move on; the machine then logs itself out and the next switch starts over. All values are samples.

No. Members sign in with their RFID wristband directly at the machine and see their plan, settings and live feedback on the display. Training plans come from your existing partner system.
Yes. Trackbar streams training data to EGYM and Actinate in real time. Through these partners, most member-management systems connect to Trackbar, including Magicline, Aidoo and CenterCom. If your platform is not listed, talk to us.
